TJ Garcia
We have had the pleasure and honor of assisting a local family, the Garcia Family, whose 4 year old little boy has been battling brain cancer for nearly 2 years. TJ is officially in remission as of March 2011!! Way to go TJ, we're so proud of you!!
Following his biopsy, TJ experienced immediate paralysis. He has since began regaining mobility by taking steps, swallowing his nutrients and has even began making more distinct sounds. TJ continues to receive occupational, physical and speech therapy. He was also currently admitted into a rigorous new therapy trial through UCSF at Valley Children's Hospital in Madera, CA. He is admitted into the hospital for three sets of 2 week intervals, consisting of 6 day a week ground breaking therapy. We'll keep you updated on his progress.
